法國去年從一開始，政府便錯誤判斷並輕忽疫情傳播，接著隱匿資訊、隨後失信於民眾，加上人民不願限制自己的自由，因而一路走向難以控制的局面。去年3月巴黎宣布封城之時，許多巴黎人爭先恐後逃離首都；11月政府二次封城之前，巴黎周遭道路壅塞長達七百公里；而我甚至在封城記者會後三小時，便收到一家極大的奢侈品與消費品公關公司來信，信件標題為「在哪自肅好呢？」（Où se confiner?），並列出離巴黎車程四小時之內的各大風景名勝度假區如諾曼第、南法、蔚藍海岸等地的多種豪華房型，強調「因應許多人想要找到合適住屋、以平靜度過未來幾周的要求，我們隨時為您提供協助」，廣告詞包括：「立即出發！」、「不用擔心，從車站到抵達的路程，我們一切都幫您打理好了！」、「如果您有孩童，我們特別為他們提供許多不同的課程與活動」等，完全無視跨區移動的風險與政府防疫政策。
不過，經歷了種種匪夷所思事件的法國，卻已在昨日解封；而身為防疫模範生的台灣，卻在近日疫情陡升，直入備戰狀態。那麼，法國真的有值得台灣學習的地方嗎？點連結看全文：https://tinyurl.com/jvh5aak
